It is rare when all of our systems are functioning well and in balance at the same time. This is especially true as we age.

The closer we get to a well balanced, functioning organism the better we feel. Fortunately, our body is always trying to get us there. We simply need to listen to it and help it along.

You know the factors that negatively impact your health: injury, illness, poor nutrition, stress, inactivity. At Impact Health we strive for total body health. We partner with your health specialist but do not limit our assessment to their findings. Specialists are very good at healing specialized parts; elbows, knees, shoulders, necks. We view the body as an interrelated system. We listen to your doctors, we listen to you - our client, and we evaluate your overall health.

Partners in your Health:

We partner with your health specialist, but we work for you. Impact is your health team whose only job is your health and wellness. We expect you to ask questions and to be involved with decisions about your care. Being an active and informed participant allows you to be in charge of your health.
